âThe house and its garden are a jewel suspended between sea and sky in Skopelos.â
â Selim, July 2025
âThis was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We were blown away by the beautiful house and incredible garden.
The location, right by a quiet beach with a lovely taverna at the end of the road, is unbeatable. At night, you hear nothing but the sound of the waves.
The house is extremely well equipped â absolutely nothing was missing. The thoughtful details and tasteful dĂ©cor, including small artworks, made us feel at home.
A special mention goes to Manolis, the best host you could ask for. His online guidebook was excellent and helped us discover the most beautiful places in the area. Thank you for everything!â

âThe house is an oasis of peace. You can only hear the sound of the sea and the cicadas. It is located just above Glifoneri Beach, with the entrance next to Taverna Glifoneri.
The rooms are spacious, and there is also a very convenient laundry room.
The house was extremely well equipped with tissues, detergent, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
Everything was perfect.
Mid-week cleaning service is also provided.
You leave the house with a strong desire to return as soon as possible!â

âThis place is a true gem â beautifully designed, set in a stunning natural environment just steps away from a wonderful, quiet beach.
The house has an interesting layout and beautiful details, from the artwork and ceramics designed by one of the owners to the custom-made furniture.
There is also a great, authentic taverna at the bottom of the stairs, making it possible to spend days without leaving the area.
Note that the property is about a 10-minute drive from Skopelos port and a 5-minute drive from the top of town. Itâs walkable but uphill, so not recommended in summer heat.
Manolis was attentive and responsive. Overall, a wonderful stay!â

âA beautiful place. We loved it. Fantastic location. Lovely house. Not far from town.â
â Laila, October 2025
âThis place was even better than expected. Manolis made everything easy by meeting us at the ferry and helping arrange our taxis.
The property is breathtaking, with fruit trees, flowers, and an herb garden overlooking the sea. The rooms were perfectly decorated and equipped with everything we needed.
So comfortable and peaceful! The rocky beach below was wonderful, and we loved the taverna. We definitely hope to return!â

âA perfect holiday.
Check-in was seamless â we were met at the port from our ferry and shown to the property.
The accommodation is exactly as described: very elegant, clean, and perfectly located.
The beach is almost empty and perfect for swimming.
The town is a 5-minute drive or a steep 20-minute walk.
We stayed at the end of May and the beach taverna wasnât open yet, but the kitchen is well equipped, so it wasnât an issue.
Thank you so much â everything was perfect!â

What visitors say
â If you want to escape, this is the place.â
â Gareth, September 2025
âPerfect for a swim right after waking up, before your morning coffee.â
â Chloe, June 2025
âThis is a unique property, and we really enjoyed our time here. It was wonderful to hear the sound of the sea, and the bedrooms were tastefully designed.
The only downside was that we have two small children and the two bedrooms are separate, so we had to share with them. Also, the property is located up a steep hill, so itâs not ideal for elderly travelers.
On the plus side, the views from the walk up the hill are fantastic.â
â Bekki, August 2024
âIf youâre looking for a peaceful, private place with beautiful views, this is it. The accommodation is lovely and elegantly furnished.
The beds were too firm for us (but not for the children).
In bad or cold weather â we were early in the season â the indoor space is a bit limited for staying inside during cold evenings. Fortunately, the air conditioning heats the rooms well.
Skopelos town is walkable if you enjoy steep climbs. It takes about 20â25 minutes to reach the harbor via charming pedestrian streets and alleys.
Lovely shops and excellent food on many terraces.â

âWe had such a lovely time in this beautiful home. The location is perfect, with a fantastic beach at the bottom of the garden and a steep but manageable 15-minute walk to the beautiful town of Skopelos, full of great restaurants and shops.
The views and swimming spots on Skopelos are simply breathtaking.
We will definitely be back! Manolis was a perfect host, and everyone we met was so kind and helpful.â

âWe had a beautiful late summer stay at Ktema. The house and its location are magnificent, with an amazing view and a beautiful private terrace overlooking the ocean. The house itself is tastefully decorated with a lot of love and hand-made artwork. For a swim, you just have to go down the stairs through the olive orchard, and you are basically at your private beach. Furthermore, the house is very well equipped both in the kitchen and for the beach with beach mats, sun umbrella, and chairs. Skopelos town was still very lively, despite our expectations of many closed places in mid-October, with a good variety of restaurants and cafes.â
â Malte, October 2024
âThe hillside terrace was a dream for dinners with the perfect sea breeze. The cozy houses, especially the well-equipped kitchen, combined with beach access, made it a truly delightful and authentic getaway.â
â Sonia, July 2024
âPerfect beachfront location. Close to town but feels like a world away.â
